In the case I've linked to the poor guy seems a bit freaked out, as if the telly had just answered back. And do you know, in a funny sort of way it did. well, according to his interview with Londonist:

I’d also point out that he has been known to email replies to a blogger. In the case I’ve linked to the poor guy seems a bit freaked out, as if the telly had just answered back. And do you know, in a funny sort of way it did.
