Don't really know about their web site - only ever used it to download a photo of my baby asleep on the living room floor - but they when my SIM card broke they sent me a new one, free of charge the next day. As well they might, I mean I must spend <i>at least</i> £10 on air time every 3-4 months. They seem to do sell tasteful ringtones also.
