They've even salted the foot tunnel. Now, I'm not a weatherman, but I'm guessing that for the foot tunnel to freeze over it'd have to be at least -10 centigrade outside. So, given that the trains all stopped in 1 inch of snow and temperatures above freezing, take comfort - there may be no trains, but you won't slip in the foot tunnel.
